Hi, I’m Holly.
I understand success and what comes after it.
Over the years, I have worked with many individuals who found themselves at a crossroads: successful on paper, yet privately wrestling with burnout, misalignment, uncertainty about what comes next, and myriad other challenges.
I understand these struggles not only as a coach, but as someone who has lived them.
My Background
Born in England and raised in South Carolina, I grew up in a highly entrepreneurial family. I attended Dartmouth College, graduating with honors in Social Psychology, and began my career in London working for a corporate psychology consultancy. That early work sparked my passion for psychometric tools such as MBTI and the Enneagram, which I still use today.
When I returned to the United States, I stepped into the operations side of our family’s manufacturing business, improving logistics and leading during pivotal seasons. Later, I brought that same drive and creativity to help shape a high-end retail business.
In 2023, I helped lead our family business through a successful M&A process. That experience, along with my work on the company’s board as board chair, continues to inform the way I serve others today, with strategic insight, deep empathy, and a clear understanding of what is at stake when leadership and legacy are on the line.
How I Work
Today, I bring together coaching, functional medicine principles, whole-person development, leadership frameworks, and insights from the field of positive psychology to support meaningful, lasting growth. My approach is evidence-based, faith-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique goals and context.
Whether we are navigating personal transitions, professional recalibration, or exploring what legacy means to you, I am here as a trusted guide. Not to direct your path, but to walk it with you.
Where I Work
I split my time between Pawleys Island, South Carolina and the Washington, D.C. area, and work with clients virtually throughout the United States and beyond.

My Approach
At the core of my work is The Wayfinder Method
The Wayfinder Method is a five-part coaching framework that brings structure to our work tackling your biggest challenges. Whether we are clarifying what your next chapter looks like, exploring what legacy means to you, or recalibrating how you show up at work or at home, this methodology is designed to meet you where you are and guide you forward with intention.
I primarily support two groups facing distinct, complex challenges:
For Legacy Builders
You have built a successful career, but you may be sensing it is time to lead differently. Whether you are navigating burnout, shifting priorities, or a desire to recalibrate how you show up, I help high-level leaders align personal growth with professional performance.
For Executives
For high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), wealth brings opportunity, but it also brings complexity. I work with individuals and families navigating the emotional, logistical, and spiritual dimensions of stewarding resources, raising grounded children, defining their legacy, and other such challenges.
